McKiever Hunter saw a need for a professional service in the Boone NC and Blowing Rock NC area and established 1 Call Boone NC Contractors. He has been a builder and developer in the North Carolina High Country for over thirty years. He assembled a professional group of preferred, skilled tradesmen and craftsmen to give the consumer unsurpassed home and property improvement services. As more and more homeowners telephoned him asking who to contact for various projects, he recognized that the typical home or property owner does not have the necessary sources. These homeowners were managing their own projects and were frequently stressed and disappointed when they were “stuck” with inexperienced workers and poor quality.
